How far can a government agent go to induce an ordinary citizen to commit a crime.  Some states focus on the predisposition of the defendant, while other focus solely on the actions of the government.  The issue of whether it was outrageous police misconduct or merely legal deception by law enforcement is one for the jury to decide based on the facts and circumstances of each individual case.
